(ATV: TSX-V) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to $150,000 through the issuance of 1,875,000 flow through common shares at a price of $0.08 per flow through share. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities are subject to a four month hold period. Finder's fees may be payable in connection with the private placement, all in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Alto announced an extension of its exploration program on the Oxford Lake gold project in a news release dated July 11, 2017. Proceeds from this financing will be used to further fund this exploration.
