Position: President and Director
Mr. Koziol is the President and CEO of Alto Ventures Ltd. He is a geoscientist with 30 years of experience exploring for gold and base metals in the Canadian Shield. Mr. Koziol has been responsible for a number of gold and base metal discoveries during his exploration career with the Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation and Cameco Gold Inc.

Position: CEO and Director
Mr. Richard Mazur, P. Geo, MBA is a geoscientist who has held positions in the international exploration and mining industry for over 30 years as a project geologist, financial analyst and senior executive on uranium, gold, base metals, coal and industrial minerals projects in North and South America. Mr. Mazur worked over a ten year period (1974-1984) as a uranium exploration geologist in Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Yukon, Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime provinces for Pan Ocean Oil Ltd. Currently he is also a President, CEO and Director of Forum Uranium Corp. and a Director of Impact Silver Corp. and Tanqueray Resources Ltd.
Mr. Mazur graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto in 1975 and obtained an MBA from Queen's University in 1985.

Position: Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Jerry Bulman is the CEO and founder of Parkvalley Consulting Ltd., a private company based in Calgary, AB that provides consulting services to the resource sector. With over 30 years of senior management experience, Mr. Bulman has been involved with the exploration and development of a diverse range of projects. These include oil & gas, coal bed methane and oil sands developments, as well as several projects in the mining sector. In addition to his duties as CEO of Parkvalley Consulting Ltd., Mr. Bulman is Director of Bold Ventures Inc. and Galena International Resources Ltd.
Mr.Bulman currently provides Senior Consulting services to two major international energy companies in support of their Arctic and North American frontier exploration operations.

Position: Director
Mr. Cowan is associate counsel with the law firm of McMillan LLP in Vancouver and has practised in the area of securities and corporate finance for over 15 years. He has represented numerous public and private companies in the mining and technology sectors and is also a director of Kincora Copper Ltd and Forum Uranium Corp.

Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Anderson has served as a manager of six junior mining public companies for a mid size Chartered Accountant consulting firm, previous to that he served as the corporate controller for junior mining companies and worked as a senior auditor at a mid and a large sized accounting firm. He has a broad range of experience through many sectors, including mining, film and television, technology, corporate and personal tax and owner managed companies. Mr. Anderson has a wide range of skills dealing with public company reporting, IPO's, prospectuses, due diligence and business plans. He gained his skills through articling at Staley Okada & Partners Chartered Accountants and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is currently the CFO of Alto Ventures, Kincora Copper, Forum Uranium, Midnight Sun, and White Label Management.

Position: Vice President, Corporate Development and Director
Mr. Gary F. Zak has been active for the past 30 years providing Business Development management to public resource companies. He has extensive experience in funding early stage companies, organizing management, corporate and investor relations groups and has successfully completed several mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Zak has occupied senior management and/or Directorship positions in various companies, including: Bold Ventures Inc., Green Bull Energy Inc., Passport Potash Inc., Forum Uranium Corp., Alto Ventures Ltd., and Beaufield Resources Inc.

Position: Corporate Secretary
Ms. Collins is a Securities/Corporate Finance Paralegal with over 25 years experience as a legal administrator, corporate secretary and paralegal at both independent and national law firms, and with public resource companies. She specializes in the preparation, finalization and filing of all securities documents with Canadian securities regulators, including all continuous disclosure documents. Ms. Collins is Corporate Secretary for Alto Ventures Ltd, Forum Uranium Corp., Kincora Copper Limited, Midnight Sun Mining Corp, BCGold Corp. and Laurentian Goldfields Ltd. and is also President of White Label Corporate Services Inc.
