Mr. Richard Mazur, P. Geo, MBA is a geoscientist who, over 30 years has held positions in the international mineral exploration and mining industry as a project geologist, financial analyst and senior executive on uranium, gold, base metals, coal and industrial minerals projects in North and South America. Most recently, Mr. Mazur served as a Director and senior manager for Southwestern Resources Corp. and its affiliated companies. He is currently the President & CEO of Forum Development Corp. (FDC: TSX-V), a uranium exploration company.

| | | Kenneth Judge - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Judge completed degrees in Commerce, Jurisprudence and Laws at the University of Western Australia before qualifying as a Barrister and Solicitor specializing in international mergers and acquisitions law.
Mr. Judge is a resident of Monaco from where he is involved in private investment and restructuring technology, resource and oil and gas companies.
Mr. Judge has extensive business management experience having held a number of public company directorships and more recently having been engaged in the establishment or corporate restructure of technology, mining and oil and gas companies in Australia, the UK, US, Brazil, Argentina, Canada and the Philippines.
Mr. Judge is also Chairman of London Stock Exchange-listed Hidefield Gold Plc and is also a director and/or officer of Brazilian Diamonds Limited,Empire Mining Corp., Columbus Gold Corporation, Blockshield Corporation Plc and Carnarvon Petroleum Ltd.

| | | Paul C. M. Roberts, P.Eng. - Director
Mr. Roberts, residing in Oakville, Ontario has broad experience in Canadian and international mineral exploration and mine development as well as public company operations and funding. Paul has also served as President and CEO of TSE and CDNX junior mining companies whose equities exhibited superior market performance.
He was employed as Senior Mining Analyst at Merrill Lynch Canada and Research Capital specializing in junior mine financings. Paul recently was President of Minvest Inc., a consulting firm providing technical, financial and investment services to mining and energy sector companies. Mr. Roberts holds degrees from the University of Toronto (MBA, Investment Finance) and McGill University (M.A. Sc., Mineral Exploration Engineering).

Mr. Cowan is associate counsel with the law firm of Lang Michener LLP in Vancouver and has practised in the area of securities and corporate finance for over 15 years. He has represented numerous public and private companies in the mining and technology sectors and is also a director of Brazilian Diamonds Ltd and Forum Uranium Corp.

| | | John Prochnau* - Technical and Special Advisor
 Mr. Prochnau is a mining engineer and geologist with degrees from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, and McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
Early in his career, Mr. Prochnau held management positions with Selection Trust Group, where he was in charge of American operations and the discovery and development of the Alligator Ridge Gold Mine in Nevada, and Billiton International Metals B.V. of the Netherlands. He formed his consulting company in 1984 and has subsequently managed several private exploration syndicates and publicly listed mineral companies responsible for a number of gold and base metal discoveries and mine developments in the United States, South America and Australia.
Mr. Prochnau was founder of Brancote Holdings plc of which he was managing director until 1999. Brancote Holdings plc's Argentinean subsidiary, Minera El Desquite S.A., discovered the high-grade Esquel Gold Deposit which was acquired by Meridian Gold Corp. for USD $368 million.
Mr. Prochnau is one of eleven distinguished members of the Kitco/Casey Explorer's League, and is a member of a three man panel of advisors to Anglo Pacific Group plc, an AIM listed company primarily involved in strategic acquisitions in the mining sector

Mr. Beamish, BA, CGA, has acted as Alto's controller for the past year. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Beamish has acted as controller, financial analyst and treasurer for a number of private and public companies. Mr. Beamish is also the CFO of Forum Development Corp.and Brazilian Diamonds Limited.

Ms. Collins is a Securities/Corporate Finance Paralegal with over 21 years experience as a legal administrator, corporate secretary and paralegal at both independent and national law firms, and with public resource companies. She specializes in the preparation, finalization and filing of all securities documents for US and Canadian foreign and domestic issuers with Canadian and US securities regulators, including all continuous disclosure documents. Ms. Collins is Corporate Secretary for Brazilian Diamonds Limited, Columbus Gold Corp., Latin American Minerals Inc.,Forum Development Corp. and Empire Mining Corporation. and is also the legal administrator and corporate secretary for the Hamilton Resource Group.
